What the website uses

The website does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising tags or other optional tracking tools. There is no first-visit consent banner because no optional tools are offered in this version.

Cookie settings in the footer opens an information panel. Analytics and Advertising are shown as unavailable and switched off. Saving the necessary-only setting records that choice on this browser; it does not activate tracking.

The necessary browser setting

Cookies and localStorage are different ways to store information on a device. This website uses first-party localStorage only when you choose Save necessary-only settings. Simply visiting the site or opening and closing the panel does not create a preference record.

• Storage name: conbulk_cookie_preferences. Responsible party: CONBULK d.o.o. Purpose: remember the necessary-only setting you explicitly save.
• Contents: the necessary-only setting, schema and policy versions, and save and expiry timestamps. Analytics and Advertising are always false. No name, email address, enquiry text or cross-site advertising identifier is stored.
• Validity: 180 days from an explicit save. localStorage does not physically expire by itself; the website discards expired or outdated records on its next check. You can clear it sooner in your browser.
• Location: this website's origin in your browser. The preference is not automatically sent with each web request, and this implementation does not upload it to a consent or advertising server.

Your control

You can use the website and enquiry tools without saving a setting. To remove a saved record, clear the site data for conbulk.si in your browser. This does not affect an enquiry you have already sent by email.

Preferences are specific to the browser and website origin. They are not carried to another device or browser. If storage is unavailable, the website cannot remember the setting; optional tracking still remains off.

Earlier or invalid settings are not permission to start optional tools. If optional services are introduced, their purposes, providers and storage details will be explained and a fresh choice requested before they run.

Other website features

Fonts and images are served with the website. The local map illustration links to Google Maps only if you choose to follow that link. External websites apply their own privacy and storage rules.

The enquiry tools prepare text in your browser. They do not save form entries in localStorage or sessionStorage and do not submit them to a server. Copying, downloading and opening an email draft are separate actions you control.

Legal basis and contact

Article 225 of Slovenia's Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2) distinguishes optional device storage from storage strictly needed for a service the user requests. The setting described here serves only your explicit request to remember a necessary-only preference.
