How CONBULK d.o.o. handles website visits, enquiries and your privacy choices.
Who is responsible
CONBULK d.o.o., Sermin 71b, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, is the controller for the activities described in this notice. Its company registration number is 8302944000. Contact sales@conbulk.si about your personal information or this notice.
This notice covers this website and the enquiries you send through the email options it provides. Conbulk Defence operates through a separate legal entity. Its website and processing are outside this notice.
Information you choose to provide
A shipment enquiry can include your name, company, email address, service requirement, origin, destination and cargo details. A call request can also include your phone number, preferred date and time in Europe/Ljubljana, and notes. The email you send includes its sender details and any attachments you add.
Please send only information relevant to your request. You do not need to provide sensitive personal information or identity documents to make an initial enquiry. Where you include another person's contact details, include only what is needed and make sure you are entitled to share them.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without a usable contact address and sufficient details, we may be unable to respond or assess the request.
The enquiry tools stay in your browser
The shipment and call-request tools prepare a message locally. They do not submit your entries to Conbulk or a form-processing server. You can review the text, copy it to your clipboard, download a text file, or open it in your email application.
Opening the email application does not send a message. You decide whether to send it. Conbulk receives your information only when you send it or contact the team by another method. A preferred call time is not a confirmed booking.
The website does not save enquiry entries in localStorage or sessionStorage. Downloaded files and clipboard copies remain under your control. Your browser or email application may have its own history, autofill, draft and storage settings.
Why we use enquiry information
We use information in your message to understand the requirement, reply, prepare a requested quotation and organise follow-up with you.
For a contact acting for a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and arranging the requested commercial discussions, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with Conbulk, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to the information necessary for those steps.
Correspondence needed to meet a specific legal obligation is processed under Article 6(1)(c). Where records are needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our legal position. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or give consent to advertising tracking.
Website delivery and privacy preferences
Your browser connects to our hosting service to request the website files. This involves technical connection information, including an IP address and the requested page or file, so the service can deliver the website. Our interest in providing a functioning website is the basis for this necessary delivery processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts, images and the location illustration are served with the website files. Google Maps, LinkedIn and association websites are separate links, not embedded tracking services. Their own privacy terms apply when you follow a link.
No website analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing tools are active. Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising are not loaded by this website. We do not send enquiry entries to those services.
Cookie settings in the footer lets you view the current storage information and, if you choose, save a necessary-only setting in your browser. Opening or closing the settings does not save anything. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Who may receive information
Enquiries are handled by the Conbulk team responsible for your request. The relevant recipient categories are website hosting and technical-support services, email delivery and security services, and any logistics partner whose input is needed to assess the shipment you ask us to arrange. We limit disclosure to the information relevant to that purpose.
The website is served through Neoserv infrastructure. Incoming email is routed through Microsoft mail protection. These technical services are distinct from any logistics provider involved in your enquiry.
Information may also be disclosed to a public authority where a specific legal obligation requires it, or to a professional adviser where needed to address a legal claim. Contact sales@conbulk.si for information about the providers and processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the request, a valid quotation or a follow-up agreed with you remains open. The enquiry closes when it is withdrawn or declined, or when the quotation expires without an agreed follow-up. At closure, correspondence that is no longer needed is removed from active enquiry records.
If an enquiry becomes a service, the information needed for that service becomes part of its records. A record subject to a specific legal retention duty is kept for that duty's required period. Records needed for a dispute or legal claim are kept until it is resolved and the relevant claim period has ended. These exceptions do not justify keeping unrelated enquiry material.
Unsent enquiry text is not saved by this website in browser storage or sent to our server. A copy you download, copy or place in your email application is under your control and follows that application's settings.
A necessary-only browser setting is valid for 180 days from the time you explicitly save it. An expired or outdated record is discarded when the website next checks it. You can remove the record sooner by clearing this site's browser data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing and the legal conditions, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, or receive portable data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation. Objection to direct marketing is unconditional.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. The current website has no optional analytics or advertising to consent to. You can read the website and prepare an enquiry without saving a browser preference.
To exercise a right, email sales@conbulk.si. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a necessary extension of up to two further months applies, we explain it within the first month. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
Complaints and updates
You can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner, Informacijski pooblaščenec, at www.ip-rs.si. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement took place.
This website does not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. We update this notice when relevant processing changes. Introducing optional tracking would require updated information and a fresh informed choice before it starts.
